I’m a Doctor of Medicine but am currently pursuing my creative side, something which I wanted to do ever since my school days. My inspiration for writing these books actually came from my son. Like most young children, he was very fond of listening to stories. So I would invent stories to keep him occupied. Story-telling slowly grew on me. Eventually there used to be a story at bedtime, a different story for meal times and yet another for in-betweens. He loved them and was so intrigued by them that I would think of different plots that would hold his interest. The stories and plots got better and storytelling became rather spontaneous, though the characters remained the same. That was when I decided to pen the stories.

This book, The Quest of William Wood- The Mysterious Elixir, is the first of a five series anthology, each book is compiled chapter by chapter. These books are for young readers, although not so young readers can also read these for they are good light reading too. It takes the reader into the realms of imaginary worlds where strange events seem to happen, deep inside the domain of an evil sorcerer…. But where good always wins against evil.
